On the same ethical page as educators

Sylvia, yes, we agree.  A crucial ethical duty of educators is to identify and help students to realize their full potential.  Never be the singer who never sang, the dancer who never danced, and the writer who never wrote.  This is why your humble servant believe encouragement is a key ethical challenge in our line of work as educators.  Ideally, all folks, e.g. business management, ought to have the same value, but too often today in the "real world" the goal is to use people, not develop them.  Thank you for sharing your ethical perspective on education.  We are on the same "page."  Dr. Rux
