Child Abuse and Bureaucratic Breakdown

Sylvia, this is a powerful, sad story about child abuse and slipshod handling of it.  This writer lives in Wisconsin, Mt. Horeb, outside Madison, and it is troubling to read how Milwaukee falls down on the job when it comes to this issue.  This is likely the result of huge bureaucracy.  FYI  Former MPS school board president Ken Johnson is a good friend of this writer.  He lives in Houston now.  If this remains an issue, please contact me, for I am close friends with State Superintendent of Schools Tony Evers.  FYI my ex-son-in-law's family has a convicted child molester in it; every time we send our grand kids to visit "poppa" we get worked up.  So this writer can relate to your feelings.  I am sorry that such stuff happens; you do not look the other way, and this is a step forward.  Dr. Rux
