Vulgarity Breeds Violence

Wow, this is powerful!   Your humble servant, many years ago now, had the good fortune to attend a Cosby performance live.  I have been aware of, followed, and admired him ever since.  Confucius made this observation.  A society that celebrates vulgarity will destroy itself.  We can see the validity of his observation around us.  Hopefully we can restore decency again.  Otherwise, as Confucius noted, vulgarity triggers violence.  If we want to stop the rise in violence in our society, we must stop the vulgarity that nurtures it.  As you can tell, your professor follows Confucian analysis.  Dr. Rux
