Bonnie, yes, in short, "walk the talk."  Ethics, as Plato observed, are behaviors, what we do, not what we say.  Or as the old street language of New York City puts it, "Watch what I do not what I say." Actions speak louder than words.  Ethics are actions, not words, in the final analysis.  You clearly grasp the power of ethical actions to shape others and ourselves.  Dr.Rux
