Authority Versus Psycho-Babble

Bingo!  In the final analysis the top of the power structure must "draw the line" to define and then enforce organizational boundaries, behaviors.  Yes, we can engage in civil discourse to a point; after the point, it is do it because it is an order - not popular word in our culture today - and the person giving it has the authority - another unpopular word in our culture today - to enforce it, good and hard.  In the end the CEO must forget personal popularity and put performance first.  We can only "psycho-babble" so far before the need to "draw a line in the sand" appears.  Thank you for politely pointing this out!  Good job.  Dr. Rux
