Adult Behavior Coaches for Google Management

William, I have outlined in red your opening paragraph because it is very exciting! Here is why.

Yesterday, I heard Charlie Rose interview Ken Auleta on cable TV. Auleta has just published a book entitled Googled.

While discussing the book, Auleta informed Rose that the founders and top management of Google had to hire “adult coaches” to teach them how to behave like adults in the workplace!

In short, the adolescent work culture of Google and other organizations like it is coming to an end. We have to grow up – or sink.

Morris Schechtmann, who wrote Working Without a Net, observed that the average American does not reach emotional maturity until age forty today! Auleta documented it!

This is one of the reasons for outsourcing to other countries.

We must blame ourselves and our permissive, undisciplined, adolescent schools for this looming disaster.

I share this because you may want to include some research on this as part of your topic. It is very timely and important!
