Equality from Reason

Deanna, in essence, you restate Immanuel Kant here.  Kant argues that all humans have the capacity to reason.  Unlike plants, animals, rocks, birds, fish,which run on automated instinct, humans have reason; this gives each and every human an equality of dignity, value.  You restate this without using Kant as a point of reference, but you use his logic.  Therefore, feel free to footnote your point of view with him.  Thanks.  Dr. Rux
