We cannot do what we do not know.

Evelyn, the graphic of your change plan is powerful!  You can use it with group learning as a roadmap of where members need to go and what your agenda is.  The graphic is super communication, and do not hesitate to use it to generate group learning.  Also, there is an old saying in management, "We cannot do what we do not know."  Often people engage in behaviors that to them seem okay but are offensive to others, which is the case in your course project.  Step one is to make them aware; step two is to model for them options to current negative behaviors, values, and provide rationale and benefits to them for making the change.  Good job!   Go for it!   Dr. Rux
