Biology Versus Sociology

Todd, your humble servant here is a student of the Chinese philosophy of Taoism.  It argues for our stepping back into nature to reconnect with reality.  In other words, sun, wind, water are real; sociological constructs like language are human conventions which may or may not have roots in reality.  Right now, I am in Crystal River, Florida, and my wife and I seek out such beaches.  I also take daily walks along the shore of the Gulf of Mexico inlet, bay where our rented condo is.  This is absolutely good for you!  I am glad you can do it!  Make it a part of your health program, systematic, for more than you realize, it positions you for effectiveness in life.  Dr. Rux
