Brittney, I visited Germany when it was under Communism.
Believe me, you do not ever want to live under such a regime. I shall never forget how the Communists in East Germany outlawed ringing of church bells! Communists are atheists; this was one way for them to attack the Church.
I have never said this before, but I will resist attempts by American atheists to impose such a Communist practice in this country. This is one of the reasons I remain anti-communist and opposed to an all-powerful state. Keep "Leviathan" caged.
It is also one of the reasons why I do not take lightly the subversion of our religious foundations and freedom through judicial activism and legal decrees in this country. Red is the color of martyrdom; we fool ourselves if we thank martyrdom cannot come to this once-great land.
