Empty Space, Knock, Seek, and Ask

Melissa, your humble servant here likes to meditate on ancient Chinese philosophy and Christianity.  His recent medication has been on the Chinese Taoist concept of "Empty Space."  We need to venture into totally new environments in order to let new things enter our lives.  My meditation led me to connect this with the Biblical teaching of "Knock, and it will be opened, seek and you will find, ask and it will be given."  I paraphrase.  In both cases, the teaching encourages us not to be afraid to seek new blessings.  It is amazing how wisdom of the East and West dovetail!  Truth is truth, whether we write it in Chinese, Greek, or English.  Dr. Rux
