Cloud and Sun

Jeanine, it is amazing how one slip, oversight can detract from other 99% successful performance.  As the Spanish Jesuit political analyst Gracian taught, "One small cloud can blot out a brilliant sun."  The small cloud is the slip; the brilliant sun is the 99% done perfectly.  We relearn!  Thanks you for your feedback.  Dr. Rux
