The Skewed Quest for Reality

Johnny, this works, and you earn full credit. Years ago, when your humble servant studied philosophy of education, he discovered, on his own, that as a rule, philosophy starts with axiology, values. People search for what is of value to them. Epistemology of course is their way of finding it. And the Ontology, the reality, they find is already predetermined by their axiology, values system. Classic philosophy starts with reality. Of course, reality comes "crashing down" on us regardless of what we think. However, axiology predisposes us to be selective about what part of reality we want to explore, apply, describe, etc.
