Laura, I concur. We will not get rid of drug abuse by making it easier to get the stuff.

My solution goes this way. Select a northern Wisconsin county. Stock it with warehouses full of free drugs. Let the druggies have as much of it as they want, as long as they agree to stay in the compounds around the warehouses. In six months we will have no drug problem.

People ought to get what they want - and get it good and hard.
